Authors may set up Thursday December 18th, 2026, in the Washington room at Ramkota Hotel starting at 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM.
Tables will be assigned to authors and will be identified with a table sign.
Tablecloths will be provided but Authors should provide the decorative items for their booth.
Lunch will be provided in the Rushmore room for authors at 11:00 AM for fellowship with conference attendees and each other.
Authors are required to be at the Book Festival both days.
All invited authors will be contacted by email or phone with details of time, location of venue, and details not mentioned on this form. If you have any questions, please contact Terrie Jo Gibbons at 605-407-0667. There is no cost for the booth as an invited author, however, we ask if you are successful, that you give a donation to the book festival for next year. The conference does not profit from this book festival. It is a donation to the community. As authors we ask that your presentations also be a donation to the community.
