Vendors will be allowed to set up in the Rushmore room on the Tuesday afternoon of the conference and remain set up until Friday at 5:00 PM. All booths can remain stocked with a sheet or cover over them at night as the doors will be closed and secured at 5:30 pm and reopened the next morning at 7:30 am when the conference staff arrives. Lunch is available in the Rushmore room each day which brings the attendees into the area for traffic to the booths. Also, at 4:00-4:30 pm each day we have drawings in the Rushmore room. Booths are encouraged to donate items from their booth for the drawings so we can bring attention to their booth.
